My recent stay was quite an experience. Nestled away from the bustling road, this hotel offers a calm environment that's perfect for relaxation. I appreciated the peaceful surroundings and found it easy to zip around on a scooter to nearby attractions, despite the location being a bit of a trek from the beach. The room stood out for its spaciousness—over 50 square meters—but the layout was a tad unconventional, with a large bathroom that featured a rather exposed toilet area, which may lack some privacy. The sound isolation was impressive; I didn’t encounter neighboring noise throughout my week-long stay. Breakfast was a good blend of Asian and European options, comprehensive enough to satisfy various palates. The pool area was another highlight, seamlessly integrated into the hotel and perfect for a refreshing dip during the day. As a history professor, I do seek out places with character, and this hotel blends traditional and modern elements skillfully.
